Role Overview
The Career+ Facilitator plays a strategic role in delivering Levi EduTech’s Career+ Program—a technology-driven career development initiative designed to bridge education, skills, and employability.
The facilitator supports learners across multiple program levels by facilitating learning, mentoring trainees, monitoring progress, and aligning skill development with today’s global technology workforce needs. This role is ideal for industry professionals passionate about teaching, mentorship, and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Facilitation & Instructional Support
Facilitate learning and skill development across assigned Career+ levels (Introductory Level, Levels 1–4, and/or Level 5 – World of Work).
Guide trainees through structured learning content hosted on Levi EduTech’s LMS, including videos, assignments, quizzes, projects, and exams.
Support trainees in selecting and transitioning between career pathways based on aptitude, performance, and interest.
Encourage interdisciplinary skill application across technology and non-technology domains.
2. Mentorship & Career Development
Provide ongoing mentorship and professional guidance to assigned trainees.
Support trainees in building online career portfolios showcasing certifications, projects, and real-world experience.
Offer career coaching on employability skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, communication, ethics, and professionalism.
Prepare trainees for workplace integration, apprenticeships, freelance opportunities, and entry-level tech roles.
3. Assessment & Performance Monitoring
Track trainee engagement, performance, and progression using LMS analytics and assessment tools.
Review and provide feedback on assignments, projects, and practical tasks.
Identify learning gaps and recommend interventions or personalized support.
Ensure trainees meet assessment and examination requirements before progressing to the next level.
4. Industry Certification & Skills Alignment
Encourage and support trainees in preparing for relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, Google, Cisco, etc.).
Align facilitation activities with current industry tools, platforms, and best practices.
Continuously update learning support to reflect evolving technology trends and labor market demands.
5. Level 5 – World of Work Support
Guide trainees undertaking real-world projects, solo assignments, internships, or apprenticeships.
Review project deliverables and ensure industry-aligned standards are met.
Support transition from learning to independent professional contribution.
6. Reporting & Program Support
Maintain accurate records of trainee progress and participation.
Submit periodic facilitation and performance reports to the Career+ Program Management team.
Participate in facilitator training, reviews, and continuous program improvement initiatives.
Adhere to Levi EduTech’s academic integrity, ethical standards, and data protection policies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Proven hands-on experience in one or more modern technology domains.
Familiarity with digital learning platforms, LMS tools, or online facilitation environments.
Strong mentoring, communication, and learner-support skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry-recognized certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, Google, Cisco, etc.).
Experience mentoring students, early-career professionals, or career switchers.
Exposure to project-based learning, apprenticeships, or workforce development programs.
Experience working with remote or hybrid learning communities.

Contract Terms
This role is part-time and contractual, with engagement based on program needs and facilitator performance.
Contract duration and compensation are workload-based and subject to periodic review.
Renewal is performance-driven and aligned with program expansion.
