Front Desk Officer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a professional and highly organized Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our visitors, clients, and partners. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, support daily operations, and ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for everyone interacting with our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners courteously and professionally.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.

  • Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.

  • Support other teams to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.

  • Professional demeanor with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
