Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced IT Training Facilitators to deliver hands-on training in various IT domains. You will play a key role in empowering learners with practical skills and preparing them for industry certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• – Deliver instructor-led training sessions (online and/or in-person).
• – Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• – Provide mentorship and support to students throughout their learning journey.
• – Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• – Stay current with industry trends, tools, and certifications.

Qualifications:

• – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT field.
• – Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft, AWS, Python, Data Science).
• – Prior experience in teaching, training, or curriculum development.
• – Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
